Given the volume of inquiries, Trusted Accounting Partners receives, the Firm cannot guarantee it will consult with every possible client or evaluate every potential client’s matter. Moreover, a consultation does not mean the Firm will file the client’s taxes. A free consultation is intended to enable Trusted Accounting Partners to understand the nature of a potential client’s matter and to educate on possible applicable deductions/credits. The Firm will then consider taking on the preparation of the client’s taxes. Before the Firm can provide services to any person or entity, and before a preparer-client relationship is formed, the Firm must have a signed fee agreement with a client setting forth the Firm’s scope of work and the fees that will be charged.
